Tri-Effect Evaporator

tri-effect evaporator  is suitable for pharmaceutical, biological, food, chemical and other industries, commonly used for evaporation of Chinese medicine extract, juice, fine chemical solution, etc. It is especially suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials.

Structural features:

1. The equipment is mainly composed of three stages effect heater, three stages effect evaporator, condenser, liquid collection tank, steam/ water separator, defoamer, pipeline, etc.

2. The heater is of tubular double-layer structure, with heat preservation shell, and the upper cover is connected by flange, which is convenient to open and clean the interior. The user shall install pressure gauge and safety valve on the steam inlet pipe to ensure the safety of steam consumption. The evaporator also has a heat preservation shell, and is equipped with a mirror and a sight lamp to facilitate the observation of the working condition of the feed liquid.

3. The equipment is designed with compact and reasonable layout, beautiful appearance and advanced process flow. It has the advantages of high evaporation speed, high discharge rate and high concentration ratio by adopting the external processing thermal natural circulation and negative pressure evaporation.

4. The equipment adopts multi effect evaporation, the second and third time steam can be reused, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.

5. The upper part of the evaporator is equipped with a defoamer, so that the materials can be concentrated in a sealed state without bubbles or with few bubbles, which is not easy to run off and reduces pollution.

6. The equipment is made of stainless steel, with internal and external precision polishing, meeting GMP requirements.
